Join Master Silversmith Valentin Yotkov on a trip to Bulgaria, one of Europe's hidden treasures. This trip is metal and jewelry oriented. It is an exploration of the rich culture, tradition and art of his native country, it is not a "hands-on" workshop.

Participants will visit two of the biggest museums displaying the famous Greek and Thracian gold and silver vessels and jewelry, medieval monasteries, antique shops and flea markets, and art galleries. They will meet world renowned Bulgarian artists and craftsmen (including the best filigree Master), enjoy authentic folk programs, and walk through quaint old villages, caves and nature sites of breathtaking beauty.
